When are you cooking?

How far in advance should I book catering?
The more notice the better — prime dates like weekends book up fast. Reach out as early as you can, and we’ll work hard to make even short-notice events happen.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We offer pickup, drop-and-go delivery, and full-service setups with on-site grilling and serving staff — whatever fits your event.
What if I don’t know how many guests yet?
No problem. Tell us your best estimate and we’ll build a menu around it; we can scale up or down as your count firms up.
Do you handle dietary needs — vegetarian, gluten-free, halal?
Absolutely. Every event gets a menu tailored to your guests, so just tell us what we should plan for.
